In connection with the annual report of Futures Portfolio Fund, Limited Partnership (“Fund”), on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (“Report”), I, Kenneth E. Steben, President and Chief Executive Officer of Steben & Company, Inc., the General Partner of the Fund, certify, pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that:
