On March 18, 2016, the board of directors of Verint Systems Inc. ("Verint") set Thursday, June 23, 2016 as the date for the 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint (the "Annual Meeting") and also set April 29, 2016 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
