ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 21, 2016, Northern Tier Energy LP ("Northern Tier" or the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that Northern Tier management will participate in the Scotia Howard Weil 2016 Energy Conference in New Orleans on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. The meeting materials will be available on the Investors section of Northern Tier's website at www.northerntier.com beginning March 22, 2016. The materials from the conference will remain available on www.northerntier.com in accordance with the Partnership's investor presentation archive policy. A copy of the press release is attached here to as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
