Effective March 21, 2016, Krish S. Krishnan, the Chief Operating Officer of Intrexon Corporation (the “Company”) resigned from the Company. His previous duties will be reassigned to other officers of the Company. A copy of the press release announcing his resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
