On March 16, 2016, Margaret “Peg” Williams, Senior Vice President of Research and Development of Cray Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her plans to retire as early as the end of 2016. Dr. Williams plans to continue as Senior Vice President of Research and Development until both her replacement has been identified and the transition has been effected.
