Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
City Holding Company (the “Company”) is scheduled to meet with and make presentations to certain institutional investors and shareholders on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Charles R. Hageboeck, President and CEO, will make the Company’s presentations.
