On March 14, 2016, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended December 31, 2015, and the outlook for the first quarter and full fiscal year of 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
