Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 14, 2016, Harvard Bioscience, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting embezzlement at one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Denville Scientific, Inc. (“Denville”). A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Press Release”) and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
