EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Staffing Group Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on March 11, 2016 (the “Initial Form 8-K”) that incorrectly identified the Company’s website as www.thestaffinggroupltd.com. The Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the Initial Form 8-K is to provide the correct website of www.staffinggroupltd.com. All other disclosures remain unchanged.
