| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On March 10, 2016, Seritage Growth Properties issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
In addition, on March 10, 2016, Seritage Growth Properties published certain supplementary financial information relating to the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. Such information is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
