On March 10, 2016, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company had filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 and provided an update on the Company’s business operations, financial results and anticipated milestones for the year 2016.
