Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 11, 2016, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
