Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 10, 2016, Green Brick Partners, Inc. (the “Green Brick”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary results of operations for the quarterly period and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of Green Brick's Fourth Quarter 2015 Investor Call Presentation is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and are each incorporated herein by reference.
