Vascular Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) and Charmaine Sutton, its Senior Vice President, Regulatory & Quality Assurance and a named executive officer, have reached an agreement in principle under which Ms. Sutton will transition to serving as an outside consultant to the Company effective as of March 31, 2016. As a consultant to the Company, Ms. Sutton will assist the Company with its regulatory strategies and with regulatory reviews. The terms of Ms. Sutton’s consulting arrangement are pending and will be disclosed when they are determined.
