On February 25, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of IXYS Corporation (the "Company") reduced the salary of Dr. Nathan Zommer, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to a rate of $450,000 per year at his request. The change in the annual salary rate will be effective on April 1, 2016.
