Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 2, 2016, Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (“Altisource” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it will host an investor conference call on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. EST, and addressing questions raised in the past few days by investors and media concerning the Company’s fees charged to Ocwen. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
