Item 8.01 Other Events
As previously disclosed on the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Almost Never Films Inc. on February 29, 2016, the stockholders of the Company approved the name change. On March 1, 2016, the Company was notified by FINRA that the name change will be announced on March 1, 2016 on the Daily List and the name/symbol change will take effect at the open of business on March 2, 2016.
The new symbol of the Company is HLWD.
