(b) On March 1, 2016, Toys “R” Us, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Monika M. Merz would be retiring from the Company effective May 31, 2016, pursuant to the terms of her employment agreement. Ms. Merz has served as President —Toys “R” Us, Asia Pacific since November 2011. Prior to that, she served in a number of executive capacities for the Company since 1996.
