ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On March 1, 2016, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2016 as well as a related presentation entitled "Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2016 Earnings Presentation" and a copy of TiVo's FY16 Q4 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheets. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1, a copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2, and a copy of the Trend Sheets are attached as Exhibit 99.3 to this Current Report.
