The Mylan N.V. Board received the attached letter from the Dutch and European Investors’ Associations on Friday, February 26, 2016. The Mylan N.V. Board responded with the attached letter sent on Monday, February 29, 2016, which we believe speaks for itself.
As previously stated, a vote of Mylan N.V. shareholders is not required under applicable Dutch law in connection with the proposed acquisition of Meda.
