On February 25, 2016, Charles E. Cusack III informed Halcón Resources Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities.  The effective date of Mr. Cusack’s resignation has not yet been determined but is expected to occur in March 2016.
