Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 1, 2016, EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that Barry E. Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael J. Garberding, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will attend and meet with investors at the Morgan Stanley MLP/Diversified Natural Gas, Utilities & Clean Tech Conference in New York, New York on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the related presentation will be available on the Partnership’s website, www.enlink.com, under “Investors — ENLK — Events & Presentations.” In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached exhibit shall be deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
