Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Education Realty Trust, Inc. (“EdR”), one of the nation's largest owners, operators, and developers of quality collegiate housing communities, today released a presentation that will be used with various investors and analysts in March 2016. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The presentation will also be posted on EdR's website.
