Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 29, 2016, Tribune Media Company (the “Company”) released earnings information for the three months and year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The slide presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 was posted to the corporate presentations section of our investor relations website in connection with the earnings call for the three months and year ended December 31, 2015 and may be used by the Company in presentations to investors from time to time.
