Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On February 29, 2016, Colony Starwood Homes (the “Company”) issued a press release containing financial results of the Company and a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and property information of the Company for the fiscal year and quarter ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and a copy of the quarterly financial supplement is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and are each incorporated herein by reference.
