On February 25, 2016, Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Association has granted orphan drug designation to ZYN002 cannabidiol gel for the treatment of Fragile X Syndrome.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
