Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 26, 2015, Poage Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Town Square Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release to announce that Thomas Burnette has been appointed as Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank and that Charles W. Robinson has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Boards of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
