On June 5, 2015, Molson Coors Brewing Company (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K disclosing that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) appointed Mary Lynn Ferguson-McHugh to the Board, effective June 4, 2015. At the time of such Form 8-K filing, Ms. Ferguson-McHugh had not been appointed to any committees of the Board.
The Company is filing this amended Form 8-K to report that, on February 25, 2016, the Board appointed Ms. Ferguson-McHugh to serve on the Company’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
