On February 25, 2016, QLT Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. The full text of the press release announcing such results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
