ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 25, 2016, Northern Tier Energy LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release reporting results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
Also on February 25, 2016, the Partnership posted a presentation to its website at www.northerntier.com under the "Investors" tab providing information regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015, as well as information concerning expected future performance. The presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
