On February 22, 2016, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.15 per share for the fourth quarter of the Company’s 2016 fiscal year, ending March 26, 2016. The dividend will be payable on March 25, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2016, including shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
