On February 24, 2016, Invuity, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on February 24, 2016 to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
