Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
At the Wells Fargo 19th Annual Real Estate Securities Conference in New York, New York, which begins on February 24, 2016 and will continue until February 25, 2016, officers of Duke Realty Corporation, an Indiana corporation, will participate in a group session and one-on-one sessions with analysts and investors and will refer to a slide presentation. A copy of this presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
