Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 24, 2016, Chesapeake Energy Corporation issued a press release reporting fourth quarter and full year 2015 financial and operational results and its 2015 outlook and capital expenditure program. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
