Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 23, 2016, FS Investment Corporation III announced that it will host a conference call at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, March 14, 2016, to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2015 results. A copy of the press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
