Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) is hereby furnishing prepared remarks of the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer that will be delivered during the previously announced public conference call and webcast scheduled for today, February 23, 2016 at 4:30p.m. ET. The live conference call will also be accessible via the “Events Calendar” section of the Company’s Investor Relations website, www.investors.ads-pipe.com. An archived version will be available for 90 days following the call.
