Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 22, 2016, management of Westbury Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") will make investor presentations during visits with Fig Partners. A copy of the Company’s presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished to the SEC pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K.
