On February 22, 2016, Transocean Partners LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the annual meeting of unitholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held at 5 p.m. local time, on May 5, 2016, in London, United Kingdom. The Annual Meeting will be open to unitholders of record as of March 10, 2016.
