Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 22, 2016, Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) reported fourth quarter and year-end 2015 financial results. A conference call to discuss these results is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Central time on February 22, 2016.
