Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 19, 2016, Qlik® (NASDAQ: QLIK) announced that, in the February 11, 2016 news release titled, “Qlik Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Financial Results,” the Gartner content contained within the release had not received proper approvals or annotations. Complete corrected text for bullet 2 of “Operational Highlights” was corrected as follows:
“For the sixth consecutive year, Qlik was positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of Gartner’s Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms Magic Quadrant report which was issued last week.”(1)
