The registrant has filed a prospectus, dated February 16, 2016, setting forth a description of the receivables pool and the structure of $265,700,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, $312,000,000, aggregate principal amount of the Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes, $332,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes, and $90,300,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes by Honda Auto Receivables 2016-1 Owner Trust.
