Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 18, 2016 National Health Investors issued a press release announcing that it will increase its quarterly dividend 5.9% in the first quarter of 2016 to $.90 per common share. The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
