Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 18, 2016, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka ("FHLBank") distributed a message to its members announcing FHLBank's operating results for the fourth quarter of 2015. The message included information as to how FHLBank management evaluated FHLBank's performance for the quarter. A copy of the message is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
