ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 18, 2016, Centrue Financial Corporation ("Company") and Centrue Bank ("Bank") received a formal order of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago ("Federal Reserve-Chicago") and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (the "IDFPR") terminating the written agreement between the Company, the Bank, the Federal Reserve-Chicago and the IDFPR. Prior to its rescission, among other things, the agreement prohibited the Company from paying dividends and the Bank from paying dividends to the Company without prior written consent and approval of both the Federal Reserve-Chicago and IDFPR.
