(b), (e) On February 17, 2016, Johnson Controls, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed that Dr. Beda Bolzenius, Vice President and President—Automotive Experience, will leave the Company’s employment not later than March 31, 2016. In connection with his departure, the Company anticipates it will enter into a transition agreement with Dr. Bolzenius.
