ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 11, 2016, Energen Corporation issued a press release announcing the financial and operating results of the three months and twelve months ended December 31, 2015. The press release referenced certain supplemental slides related to inventory and spacing that were posted to our web site at www.energen.com. We have revised the Net Acreage position on Slide 6 related to the Delaware Basin to exclude Tier 3 acreage. Please see our web site for the revised slide.
