Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 16, 2016, Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and detailed presentation announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015. The press release and full detailed presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K report and are incorporated herein by reference.
