On Wednesday, February 10, 2016, Ferro Corporation ("the Company") issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter earnings conference call and confirming prior earnings guidance for the year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
