On February 11, 2016, Vocera Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 to this report.

On February 10, 2016, Hany Nada, a Class I director whose term expires at the Company’s 2016 annual meeting of stockholders (“Annual Meeting”), provided notice to the Company of his decision not to stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting.
