On February 11, 2016, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (“Pinnacle”) issued a press release announcing the “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
